Command - /MemoServ UNDEL
Usage   - /MemoServ UNDEL <memo number>
Usage   - /MemoServ UNDEL <memo number,number,...>
This command un-deletes a memo.
You can un-delete more than one memo at a time using comma to seperate the numbers.
Note: You must be identified to NickServ in order to use this command.
