Command - /ChanServ UNBAN
Usage   - /ChanServ UNBAN <#channel> [nick]
Usage   - /ChanServ UNBAN <#channel> *
This command removes any active bans that matches you or the nick's address or
all the active bans (if used with a "*").
Note: You need VOP or higher access on the channel to unban yourself.
Note: You need AOP or higher access on the channel to unban another nick.
Note: You need SOP or higher access on the channel to unban *.
Example(s):
/ChanServ UNBAN #kobi
/ChanServ UNBAN #kobi Kobi_S
/ChanServ UNBAN #kobi *
