Command - /ChanServ SOP
Usage   - /ChanServ SOP <#channel> ADD <nick/mask> [reason]
Usage   - /ChanServ SOP <#channel> DEL <nick/mask> [reason]
Usage   - /ChanServ SOP <#channel> LIST [mask]
Usage   - /ChanServ SOP <#channel> WIPE
Usage   - /ChanServ SOP <#channel> REORDER
Usage   - /ChanServ SOP <#channel> FULLLIST
This command maintains the channel's Super Op list.
SOPS are like AOPS but have access to modify the VOP, AOP, MAOP and AKICK lists as well.
Sub commands:
ADD  - Adds a nick or mask to the SOP list. Limited to COFs and above.
DEL  - Removes a nick or mask from the SOP list. Limited to COFs and above.
LIST - Lists the SOP list. Limited to AOPS and above.
Note: FULLLIST shows last seen time, ADD/DEL reason and includes deleted users on the list.
Sub commands limited to the channel's founder:
WIPE    - Wipes (deletes all the entries) the SOP list.
REORDER - Removes deleted entries from the SOP list.
