Command - /ChanServ SET VERBOSE
Usage   - /ChanServ SET <#channel> VERBOSE [AOP|SOP|CO-FOUNDER|FOUNDER]
Usage   - /ChanServ SET <#channel> VERBOSE OP
Usage   - /ChanServ SET <#channel> VERBOSE HIGH
Usage   - /ChanServ SET <#channel> VERBOSE NONE
This command defines who can see verbose messages (messages about op commands).
Note: OP   = The verbose notice will be sent as a channel op notice.
Note: HIGH = Only higher access than the issuer will see the verbose message.
Note: You need CO-FOUNDER or higher access on the channel to use this command.
