Command - /NickServ SET URL
Usage   - /NickServ SET URL [URL]
Usage   - /NickServ SET URL NONE
This command attaches a URL to a nick.
Note: You must be identified to NickServ in order to use this command.
Example(s):
/NickServ SET URL http://www.nonstop.co.il
/NickServ SET URL NONE
