Command - /ChanServ SET RESTRICT
Usage   - /ChanServ SET <#channel> RESTRICT [ON/OFF]
If the RESTRICT option is on, only users with VOP or higher access will be able to join the channel.
(other users will be kicked and banned by ChanServ)
Note: You need CO-FOUNDER or higher access on the channel to use this command.
Example(s):
/ChanServ SET #kobi RESTRICT ON
/ChanServ SET #kobi RESTRICT OFF
