Command - /ChanServ SET PRIVATE
Usage   - /ChanServ SET <#channel> PRIVATE [ON/OFF]
When this command is enabled, the channel won't be seen to users on the ChanServ LIST command and
users without access to the channel won't be able to see the channel's topic on the ChanServ INFO command.
Note: You need CO-FOUNDER or higher access on the channel to use this command.

/ChanServ SET #kobi PRIVATE ON
/ChanServ SET #kobi PRIVATE OFF
