Command - /NickServ SET PRIVATE
Usage   - /NickServ SET PRIVATE [ON/OFF]
When enabled, this command prevents a nick from getting global memos and new services news notices.
Global memos will be rarely used to let users know about really important things.
News will be used to let users know about changes in services and in the network in general.
Note: You must be identified to NickServ in order to use this command.
Example(s):
/NickServ SET PRIVATE ON
/NickServ SET PRIVATE OFF
