Command - /NickServ SET NOOP
Usage   - /NickServ SET NOOP [ON/OFF]
When enabled, this command stops other users from adding the nick to channel access lists (AOP, SOP, etc).
Note: You must be identified to NickServ in order to use this command.
Example(s):
/NickServ SET NOOP ON
/NickServ SET NOOP OFF
