Command - /NickServ SET NOMEMO
Usage   - /NickServ SET NOMEMO [ON/OFF]
When enabled, this command stops *all* the users from sending memos to the nick.
Note: You must be identified to NickServ in order to use this command.
Example(s):
/NickServ SET NOMEMO ON
/NickServ SET NOMEMO OFF
