Command - /ChanServ SET NOAUTO
Usage   - /ChanServ SET <#channel> NOAUTO [ON/OFF]
When this command is enabled, ChanServ won't automatically op/voice users (with access) when they join the channel.
Note: You need CO-FOUNDER or higher access on the channel to use this command.
Example(s):
/ChanServ SET #kobi NOAUTO ON
/ChanServ SET #kobi NOAUTO OFF
