Command - /ChanServ SET MLOCK
Usage   - /ChanServ SET <#channel> MLOCK <modes>
This command allows to lock certain channel modes on a channel.
While a mode is locked, no one can change it.
If a mode isn't on the mlock, any op can set and unset it.
Note: You need CO-FOUNDER or higher access on the channel to use this command.

/ChanServ SET #kobi MLOCK +snt
/ChanServ SET #kobi MLOCK +ntc-skmpilRHZS
