Command - /ChanServ SET IDENT
Usage   - /ChanServ SET <#channel> IDENT [ON/OFF]
If the IDENT option is on, ChanServ will ignore NickServ's access lists and
users will have to identify to NickServ to get access.
Masks on channel access lists except for AKICK will be ignored as well.
Note: You need CO-FOUNDER or higher access on the channel to use this command.
Example(s):
/ChanServ SET #kobi IDENT ON
/ChanServ SET #kobi IDENT OFF
