Command - /ChanServ SET FOUNDER
Usage   - /ChanServ SET <#channel> FOUNDER [nick]
This command changes the channel founder's nick.
If the nick parameter isn't used your current nick will be used.
Note: You must be identified to ChanServ in order to use this command.
