Command - /NickServ SET FAKEPROT
Usage   - /NickServ SET FAKEPROT [ON/OFF]
This command prevents other users from talking with a nick
by giving them user mode +X on connect,
they won't be able to talk in private and on channels until their nick will be changed.
Note: You must be identified to NickServ in order to use this command.
Example(s):
/NickServ SET FAKEPROT ON
/NickServ SET FAKEPROT OFF
