Command - /NickServ SET ENFORCE
Usage   - /NickServ SET ENFORCE [ON/OFF]
This command prevents other users from using a nick
by giving them only 60 seconds to identify,
if they will not identify in 60 seconds or change their nick,
their nick will be automatically changed to ^Guest12345 (with random numbers).
Note: You must be identified to NickServ in order to use this command.
Example(s):
/NickServ SET ENFORCE ON
/NickServ SET ENFORCE OFF
