Command - /NickServ SET EMAIL
Usage   - /NickServ SET EMAIL <password> <e-mail>
This command attaches an e-mail address to a nick.
When an e-mail is set, the nick's owner will be able to get his/her nick's password via e-mail.
Note: You must authorize your nick's email change request in 2 days.
