Command - /ChanServ SET CHANNAME
Usage   - /ChanServ SET <#channel> CHANNAME <#channel>
This command changes the capitalization of the channel's name.
For example, from #mirc to #mIRC.
Note: You need CO-FOUNDER or higher access on the channel to use this command.
Example(s):
/ChanServ SET #mirc CHANNAME #mIRC
/ChanServ SET #Kobi CHANNAME #Kobi
