Command - /ChanServ SET AUTOWHY
Usage   - /ChanServ SET <#channel> AUTOWHY [ON/OFF]
If the AUTOWHY option is on, ChanServ will do a ChanServ WHY on every nick who
gets opped on the channel and will notice the result to all the current channel ops.
Note: You need CO-FOUNDER or higher access on the channel to use this command.
Example(s):
/ChanServ SET #kobi AUTOWHY ON
/ChanServ SET #kobi AUTOWHY OFF
