Command - /ChanServ SET AUTOOPALL
Usage   - /ChanServ SET <#channel> AUTOOPALL [ON/OFF]
If the AUTOOPALL option is on, ChanServ will automatically op
everyone who joins the channel unless he/she is on the ADEOP or AKICK list.
Note: You need CO-FOUNDER or higher access on the channel to use this command.
Example(s):
/ChanServ SET #kobi AUTOOPALL ON
/ChanServ SET #kobi AUTOOPALL OFF
