Command - /MemoServ READ
Usage   - /MemoServ READ <memo number>
Usage   - /MemoServ READ <memo number,number,...>
This command reads a memo.
You can read more than one memo at a time using comma to seperate the numbers.
Note: You must be identified to NickServ in order to use this command.
Example(s):
/MemoServ READ 1
/MemoServ READ 1,3,4
