Command - /ChanServ OPME
Usage   - /ChanServ OPME [#channel]
This command ops (MODE +o) you on a channel.
If the channel parameter isn't used it will attempt to op you in every
channel you have access to and currently on.
Note: You need AOP or higher access on the channel to use this command.
