Command - /ChanServ OP
Usage   - /ChanServ OP <#channel> [nick]
This command ops (MODE +o) a nick on a channel.
If the nick parameter isn't used your current nick will be used.
Note: If the OPGUARD option is on, only users with AOP or higher access can be opped on the channel.
Note: You need AOP or higher access on the channel to use this command.
