Command - /ChanServ MKICK
Usage   - /ChanServ MKICK <#channel> <reason>
This command makes ChanServ join a channel,
kicks everyone from it and bans everyone (*!*@*) for a few moments.
Note: You need SOP or higher access on the channel to use this command.
Note: Only the user with the highest access currently on the channel can use this command.
