Command - /ChanServ LIST
Usage   - /ChanServ LIST [channel mask]
This command lists all the matched registered channels on the network.
Note: users can list up to 5 channels.
Example(s):
/ChanServ LIST
/ChanServ LIST *kobi*
/ChanServ LIST Kobi_S
