Command - /ChanServ LIMIT
Usage   - /ChanServ LIMIT <#channel>
Usage   - /ChanServ LIMIT <#channel> <limit> [access]
Usage   - /ChanServ LIMIT <#channel> <limit> NONE
This command allows to change the limit of certain commands.
Available limits:
* VOP_MODIFY   - Limits who can modify the VOP list.
* ADEOP_MODIFY - Limits who can modify the ADEOP list.
* AKICK_MODIFY - Limits who can modify the AKICK list.
* MDEOP        - Limits who can use the MDEOP command.
* MDEALL       - Limits who can use the MDEALL command.
* MKICK        - Limits who can use the MKICK command.
* INVITE       - Limits who can use the INVITE command.
* UNBAN        - Limits who can use the UNBAN command.
* UNBAN_NICK   - Limits who can use the UNBAN command on other nicks.
* UNBAN_ALL    - Limits who can use the UNBAN * command.
* SET          - Limits who can use the SET command.
* LIMIT        - Limits who can use the LIMIT command.
Note: You need CO-FOUNDER or higher access on the channel to use this command.
