Command - /ChanServ DROP
Usage   - /ChanServ DROP <#channel> [drop code]
This command allows the founder of a channel to drop (un-register) it.
To drop a channel type: "/ChanServ DROP #channel" and it will give you a drop code to make sure you really want to drop that channel.
After that, type: "/ChanServ DROP #channel dropcode" if you really want to drop the channel.
Note: You must be identified to ChanServ in order to use this command.
