Command - /ChanServ COF
Usage   - /ChanServ COF <#channel> ADD <nick/mask> [reason]
Usage   - /ChanServ COF <#channel> DEL <nick/mask> [reason]
Usage   - /ChanServ COF <#channel> LIST [mask]
Usage   - /ChanServ COF <#channel> WIPE
Usage   - /ChanServ COF <#channel> REORDER
Usage   - /ChanServ COF <#channel> FULLLIST
This command maintains the channel's CO-FOUNDER list.
CO-FOUNDERS have almost full access to the channel, except for the SET PASSWD, SET DESC and COF commands.
Sub commands:
ADD  - Adds a nick or mask to the CO-FOUNDER list. Limited to the channel's founder.
DEL  - Removes a nick or mask from the CO-FOUNDER list. Limited to the channel's founder.
LIST - Lists the CO-FOUNDER list. Limited to AOPS and above.
Note: FULLLIST shows last seen time, ADD/DEL reason and includes deleted users on the list.
Sub commands limited to the channel's founder:
WIPE    - Wipes (deletes all the entries) the CO-FOUNDER list.
REORDER - Removes deleted entries from the CO-FOUNDER list.
