Command - /ChanServ AOP
Usage   - /ChanServ AOP <#channel> ADD <nick/mask> [reason]
Usage   - /ChanServ AOP <#channel> DEL <nick/mask> [reason]
Usage   - /ChanServ AOP <#channel> LIST [mask]
Usage   - /ChanServ AOP <#channel> WIPE
Usage   - /ChanServ AOP <#channel> REORDER
Usage   - /ChanServ AOP <#channel> FULLLIST
This command maintains the channel's Auto Op list.
AOPS gets op (MODE +o) every time they join the channel
and have access to other ChanServ commands (such as OP, DEOP and WHY).
Sub commands:
ADD  - Adds a nick or mask to the AOP list. Limited to SOPS and above.
DEL  - Removes a nick or mask from the AOP list. Limited to SOPS and above.
LIST - Lists the AOP list. Limited to AOPS and above.
Note: FULLLIST shows last seen time, ADD/DEL reason and includes deleted users on the list.
Sub commands limited to the channel's founder:
WIPE    - Wipes (deletes all the entries) the AOP list.
REORDER - Removes deleted entries from the AOP list.
