Command - /ChanServ AKICK
Usage   - /ChanServ AKICK <#channel> ADD <nick/mask> [reason]
Usage   - /ChanServ AKICK <#channel> DEL <nick/mask> [reason]
Usage   - /ChanServ AKICK <#channel> LIST [mask]
Usage   - /ChanServ AKICK <#channel> WIPE
Usage   - /ChanServ AKICK <#channel> REORDER
Usage   - /ChanServ AKICK <#channel> FULLLIST
This command maintains the channel's Auto Kick list.
If a user matches an entry on the AKICK list will join the channel,
he/she will be kicked and banned by ChanServ.
Sub commands:
ADD  - Adds a nick or mask to the AKICK list. Limited to SOPS and above.
DEL  - Removes a nick or mask from the AKICK list. Limited to SOPS and above.
LIST - Lists the AKICK list. Limited to AOPS and above.
Note: FULLLIST shows last seen time, ADD/DEL reason and includes deleted users on the list.
Sub commands limited to the channel's founder:
WIPE    - Wipes (deletes all the entries) the AKICK list.
REORDER - Removes deleted entries from the AKICK list.
