Command - /NickServ SET <sub-command>
Usage   - /NickServ HELP SET <sub-command>
Set core sub-commands:
ENFORCE  - Prevents other users from using a nick.
EMAIL    - Attaches an e-mail address to a nick.
PASSWD   - Changes a nick's password.
FAKEPROT - Prevents other users from sending messages with a registered nick without being identified.
Other set sub-commands:
URL      IM        NOOP      NOMEMO      TIMEZONE
PRIVATE  MFORWARD  MAXMEMO   SHOWEMAIL   AUTO
