Command - /NickServ REGISTER
Usage   - /NickServ REGISTER <password> <e-mail>
This command registers your current nick, and makes you the owner of it.
Password should be a safe password.
The password of the nick can be changed later with the SET PASSWD command, type: /NickServ HELP SET PASSWD for more information.
You should identify yourself by typing /IDENTIFY <password> every time you connect to the network.
Note: You have 2 days to authorize your nick's email.
Note: If an email address won't be authorized in 4 days, the nick will be deleted.
