Command - /NickServ RECOVER
Usage   - /NickServ RECOVER <nick> [password]
This command allows you to recover your nick if someone else is using it.
It will kill the one who is using your nick and will change your nick to your registered one.
Example(s):
/NickServ RECOVER ^taltul
/NickServ RECOVER oackly my_password
