Command - /NickServ ACC
Usage   - /NickServ ACC [nick]
This command allows you to check if the given user has identified to that nick or not.
If you don't specify a nick, your current one will be used.
Possible replies:
* -1 - The user isn't on-line.
* 0  - The user is using an un-registered nick.
* 1  - The user isn't identified to this nick.
* 2  - The user is matches the nick's access list.
* 3  - The user is identified to this nick.
